Questions and Answers

Our application is accessible from any web browser like Google Chrome and Microsoft IE. All you need is a device with a web browser that can access the Internet. If you want to print receipts, you must have a receipt printer attached to the device.
Yes you should be able to use your existing receipt printer. If you need to get a new receipt printer, we recommend the Epson TM-T20 or TM-T20II receipt printer.
Yes. We do not provide credit processing at this time. On the payment page, you can mark the order as paid via external credit card vendor.
We will never share your data with anyone else without authorized written approval from you. You own your data in the application. We provide you with the tools to manage and analyse your data.
Yes. You own that data stored in our application. We provide tools for you to export your data into your computer. Afterwards, you can choose to delete your data from our application. We retain the deleted data for 30 days. Afterwards, it is permanently removed from our application and database.
An outlet refer to a physical store location. You can have multiple outlets like you would have multiple store locations. A register is refer to a cash register. It is how orders are created. You can only have one register open at a time similar to how you can only use one physical cash register at a time to create orders.
Unlimited. You can have as many users as you want. Each user will require a unique email address.
Determind by the plan you sign up for. The Basic plan comes with 1 register and the Standard plan comes with 3 registers. Additional cost for additional registers. The number of registers you need depend on how you want to use the application. Only one user can manage a register at a given time.
Yes, our business is to support your business. If you have a new feature you would like and it looks like the feature can benefit other users as well, we will work with you to get it implemented. There will be no cost to you as it is already included in your monthly subscription.
